BUSINESS MODEL
Since our inception in 1991, Glades Pharmaceuticals has followed a three prong
strategy for portfolio growth- internal development, strategic alliances, and
select product acquisitions. Our commitment to alliance initiatives continues
to be a core component of our success. We are actively looking to expand our
generic portfolio of products and development projects through in-licensing,
acquisition, life cycle management, and co-development partnering transactions.

Our experienced management team has over 100 years of experience in the generic
and branded pharmaceutical arena with expertise and success in generic
marketing and late-lifecycle brand management. The Glades Pharmaceuticals’ team
provides our partners with accomplished leadership and seamless
commercialization capabilities. By understanding the dynamics of our customers
and competitors in the marketplace, Glades Pharmaceuticals is able to offer a
unique collaborative approach for its partners to both develop and
commercialize generic products. We continue to develop strategic alliances and
acquire products that capitalize on that unique marketplace knowledge.
